The Red Couch Tour. Celebrating Canada’s 150th Birthday!

The Canada Couch : In 2016 I was commissioned by the the government of Canada to build 2 red couch to celebrate Canada’s 150 th birthday.

I used a modified version of Bokz couch with arms, upholstered it in bright red vinyl and incorporated the new Canada 150 logo embroidered onto the center of the backrest and a smaller details on the arms.

One couch traveled coast to coast to coast. across this country and back!! The other is in the Royal Ottawa museum.
